Refund Policy


Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at [email protected] or through call or WhatsApp at +961 71 415 375.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
